1. Food Products and Returns

Because many of our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind, taste preference, or an order placed incorrectly by the customer.

For food safety and quality reasons, opened, consumed, or unsealed food products are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, contaminated, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.

Non-perishable products that remain unopened and in their original packaging may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for approval before sending any item back.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the affected product and its packaging, where applicable.

Please keep the product and its original packaging until we have reviewed your request.

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or another remedy where applicable.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the missing product so we can investigate.

3. Products That Arrive in Poor Condition

If a product arrives leaking, broken, spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, please stop using or consuming it and contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, photographs where possible, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review the circumstances and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Food safety concerns will be handled with priority.

Once processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
